The aF4 Automated Frozen Fish Food Feeder takes the hassle out of feeding frozen foods by providing precise, automated delivery while maintaining food freshness. Designed for reef aquariums and marine systems, the aF4 keeps frozen food properly chilled until feeding time, then automatically dispenses controlled portions directly into your aquarium. This helps improve fish nutrition while reducing waste and maintaining stable water quality.
Ideal for hobbyists who travel, maintain busy schedules, or simply want consistent feeding routines, the aF4 supports multiple daily feedings and helps replicate natural feeding behavior. Its compact design integrates easily with most aquarium setups and is perfect for feeding foods like mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and other frozen blends.
Neptune Systems Apex Compatible
The aF4 can be integrated with aquarium controllers such as the Neptune Systems Apex to further automate your feeding routines. When connected to a controller system, aquarists can coordinate feedings with pump shut-off cycles, return pump pauses, or feeding modes to prevent food from immediately entering filtration. This type of integration helps maximize feeding efficiency, reduce waste, and allows the feeder to become part of a fully automated reef aquarium ecosystem.
